FadeArc is the public trading name of an independent creator-based store in Thailand. Public contact is Bangkok, Thailand and support@fadearc.com. Prices are shown in USD and Stripe processes payments.
Fixed scope
Each fixed-price service covers one purchased FadeArc template and one defined change set: Color Edit, Layout Tweak or Custom Combo. Priority Queue is an optional $15 add-on that moves the selected edit ahead of standard requests without changing its scope.
Custom Lab does not accept third-party templates, outside SPZIP files, new designs from scratch, multiple screens, large sensor-system rebuilds or unlimited revisions. Priority Queue does not guarantee same-day delivery.
Payment and brief
Payment through Stripe Checkout reserves the queue slot first. After payment, the Project Room collects the source template, resolution, colors, references and hardware notes.
Work starts from the paid scope and the provided brief. Missing details can pause the delivery estimate.
Proof and revision
Custom Lab includes one proof decision path and one included revision unless a product page says otherwise. The usual proof target is 2–3 business days after the paid brief is clear.
A revision request should be specific and attached to the current proof. Final delivery is prepared after proof approval.
Storage and cleanup
Messages remain with the Project Room as the project record. Reference uploads and proof images are temporary working files and may be removed after the job is complete.
Final ZIP downloads are available for 90 days after delivery. Customers should download and back up final files before that expiry.
