FadeArc is the public trading name of an independent creator-based store in Thailand. Public contact is Bangkok, Thailand and support@fadearc.com. Prices are shown in USD and Stripe processes payments.
Account and order data
FadeArc uses the checkout email to unlock account library access, show order history and connect downloads to Stripe payment records.
Payment details are handled by Stripe; FadeArc does not store card numbers.
Support data
Support requests may include screenshots, AIDA64 version, Windows version, display resolution and hardware notes.
That information is used to diagnose installation, sensor relinking and custom service issues.
Verified reviews
When a signed-in customer reviews a downloaded purchase or delivered Custom Lab project, FadeArc stores the star rating, review text, chosen public display name, moderation status and an internal link to the eligible order or project.
Public review pages never show the customer email, order ID or moderation records. Customers may edit or delete their own review; edited reviews return to moderation.
Service providers
Stripe processes checkout and payment information. Email, hosting, database, file-delivery and security providers support account access, delivery and support.
FadeArc shares only the information needed for checkout, delivery, account access, support and security. FadeArc does not sell customer information.
Cookies and browser storage
FadeArc uses a necessary secure session cookie for sign-in, account security and private library access, plus first-party browser storage for checkout continuity and preferences requested by the user.
FadeArc does not currently run analytics or advertising pixels. If optional analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, FadeArc will request a separate privacy choice before they are enabled.
Retention and requests
FadeArc may retain order status, entitlement records, download evidence, custom job files and basic email activity for delivery, support, fraud prevention and accounting records.
Customers can contact support@fadearc.com to ask about access, correction or deletion. Some order, payment or security records may need to be retained when required for legal or accounting purposes.
