Store use
Customers agree to provide accurate checkout email, resolution and support details when purchasing or requesting help.
FadeArc may refuse service for abusive behavior, redistribution, chargeback fraud or requests outside the listed service scope.
Delivery
Ready SPZIP products are delivered through the account library after Stripe confirms payment.
Custom service delivery happens through the Project Room after payment, brief submission, proof review and approval. The operator may update these terms when the store or applicable law changes.
Customer reviews
Customers may submit one honest review for each eligible downloaded product purchase or delivered paid Custom Lab project. By submitting, the customer gives FadeArc permission to display the review text, rating and chosen public name on FadeArc store pages.
Reviews may be held or rejected for spam, private information, threats, unlawful content or content unrelated to the delivery. A low rating alone is not a rejection reason. Customers can edit or delete their own review from the account area.
Tax and receipts
FadeArc is not currently registered for Thai VAT. Stripe displays the checkout amount and sends a payment receipt to the checkout email; this receipt is not presented as a Thai VAT tax invoice.
Customers should keep the Stripe receipt and contact support if the receipt email or order details are incorrect. The operator will update this information if tax registration or the receipt process changes.
Support limits
FadeArc provides practical install and relinking help, but cannot guarantee that every hardware sensor exposes identical names or values across all systems.
Customers remain responsible for AIDA64 installation, Windows display configuration and third-party font licensing.
