What is delivered
A ready product is delivered as a package ZIP containing the SPZIP, START-HERE.html, WEB-GUIDE.url, LICENSE.txt and included fonts when licensed.
The account library unlocks the current package after Stripe confirms payment and access is activated.
Customer responsibility
Before purchase, the customer should confirm the display's native resolution, AIDA64 compatibility and whether the template orientation matches the physical panel.
After import, some sensor values may need relinking because AIDA64 sensor IDs differ by hardware.
Current package
The account library provides the current customer package attached to the purchased product.
FadeArc may replace a package when needed, but future updates, redesigns, new resolutions or indefinite support are not guaranteed.
Static Try-on preview
An eligible product page may generate a watermarked static PNG from the product image so the customer can check native size, color and legibility before purchase.
The Try-on PNG has no live sensors or editable layout, is not the paid SPZIP package, and does not include AIDA64 software or a software license.
