Digital downloads
SPZIP package ZIP sales are final after payment or access begins. Refunds are not available for change of mind, a wrong choice, failing to review the PNG preview, or preferences about colour, design or fit.
If payment was duplicated, the file was not delivered, the download fails, the package is corrupted, or a material listing error prevents the promised use, contact support with the order email, template name, AIDA64 version, display resolution and screenshots. FadeArc will try to provide a replacement or practical fix, and will review a refund when the problem cannot be corrected.
Mandatory consumer rights
This policy describes FadeArc's normal digital-delivery process and does not remove any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
If a mandatory rule applies to a customer's order, FadeArc will review the request against that rule and the available order and delivery records.
Custom services
Fixed-price Custom Lab work reserves queue time after Stripe Checkout. Custom service payments are generally final after brief review or production has started.
If FadeArc cannot complete the agreed fixed scope, the order may be refunded, partially refunded, credited, or converted into another service by agreement.
Billing errors
Accidental duplicate charges, wrong email access issues and delays in confirming payment or opening library access should be reported as soon as possible.
FadeArc will review order records, entitlements and download access before deciding the remedy.
